广东和诚信息技术有限公司（下称“广东和诚”）成立于2005年，系一家专业从事软件开发、系统集成、项目运维的新一代IT企业，系国家高新技术企业、工信部“双软”认证企业、中国新一代IT产业推进联盟常务副理事长单位。2014年，广东和诚与北京大学联合成立“北大CIIM新一代IT研究所”； 2015年与惠州学院联合共建“新一代IT协同创新中心”产学研基地；2016年，经惠州市人民政府有关部门批准，广东和诚拟联合投资、建设、运营惠州市网络医院。

Corsyn (GuangDong) Information Technology Company Limited (hereinafter “Corsyn”) was established in Huizhou, 2005. It is a new generation of IT company specialises in software development, system integration and project implementation. Corsyn is also recognised as a National Hi-Tech enterprise, “Double-Software” certified company by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the executive vice-director of China New IT Industry Promotion Alliance. In 2014, Corsyn together with Peking University established “PKU CIIM New Generation IT Research Institute”. In 2015, Corsyn and Huizhou University collaborate to set up the “New Generation of Co-ordinated and Innovative Centre” as an Industry-University-Research base. By the approval of Huizhou Government, Corsyn is going to invest, develop and operate the first and only online hospital in Huizhou.

Corsyn has over 100 people in its R&D and Marketing department. With the high strengths in research, market promotion and project implementation, Corsyn has built up a product system that contains proprietary intellectual property rights, complete and industrial advanced medical and political products, also established a professional and effective customer team. 

截至2015年底，广东和诚累计实施完成了政府部门和企事业单位200余项医疗卫生信息化和电子政务工程，一批项目被誉为示范工程、创新型工程、口碑工程、民生工程。其中“惠州市区域卫生信息平台建设项目”、“惠州市政务协同办公云平台项目”、“惠州市公共资源交易平台项目”先后被选入“中国新一代IT产业推进联盟示范项目”。中南海《紫光阁》杂志、党报《人民日报》、省报《南方日报》等媒体先后报道了广东和诚研发的公共资源交易平台、行政审批电子监察平台、农村“三资”监管平台的相关情况，高度赞扬以上各项目取得的成果。

By the end of 2015, Corsyn has completed over 200 medical informationalising and E-Government projects. Some of them are known as exemplary, innovative and reputable projects, especially the “Huizhou Regional Health Information Platform”, the “Huizhou E-Government Cloud Platform” and the “Huizhou Public Resources Trading Platform” have been successively listed as the model projects of China New IT Industry Promotion Alliance. The ZhongNanHai (known as Chinese Central Government) magazine - “ZiGuangGe”, Party’s newspaper “People’s Daily”, provincial newspaper “NanFang Daily” and other major medias have reported Corsyn’s projects: The Public Resources Trading Platform, the Governmental Administrative Document Approval and Surveillance Platform, and the Rural Capital-Resource Surveillance Platform, that all medias have highly complimented the achievements Corsyn made in these projects.
